COMMERCIAL SYSTEMS FOR COMPLEX TECHNOLOGY

I build the system around the sale.

I am pursuing Business Development, Enterprise Sales and Partnerships roles where the job is larger than sending outbound. My approach is to understand the product, map the market, identify the right accounts and partners, build a credible business case, create the relationship path and carry the opportunity toward revenue.

Programs, companies and systems I have actually built or helped build.

The common thread is commercial execution: identify a market, structure the motion, build the operating system around it and learn from what converts.

Company Building

Luzione

Built commercial strategy and infrastructure for an international furniture and design platform spanning designers, hospitality, suppliers, logistics, CRM, quoting, proposals, account development and partnerships.

A live operating company—not a concept deck.
AI + Operations

Luzione OS

Co-designed an AI-enabled operating system connecting CRM, commercial cases, knowledge, quoting, procurement, fulfillment and management intelligence around the work people actually do.

Software organized around revenue and operating decisions.
AI Systems

AI Organizational OS

Designed an internal agentic operating-system concept for orchestration, workflows, knowledge, auditability and management intelligence, then narrowed the work toward practical internal operating use.

A working exploration of how AI systems can support organizational execution.
HOW I THINK

Research is useful only when it changes the next commercial action.

For a sales role, I use the same underlying model I use for partnerships and business development. The objects change; the decision logic does not.

Understand the application

What does the product actually do, where does it create measurable value, and where is it a poor fit?

Prioritize accounts

Build an ICP, identify installed technology and business triggers, then turn that information into an explainable account hypothesis.

Map the route

Find decision makers, champions, technical stakeholders, partners and existing relationships that can change access or credibility.

Design the motion

Choose the wedge, economic case, partner path, proof plan and expansion path rather than sending one generic sequence everywhere.

Run the opportunity

Multi-thread the account, qualify what is real, control next steps and keep technical, commercial and executive work connected.

Learn from outcomes

Closed-won, open and closed-lost deals should continuously improve targeting, positioning, partner selection and prioritization.

I am not trying to position myself as the person who knows everything before joining. I want to show that I can learn the business quickly, structure the problem and turn information into revenue actions.
